Date: Tuesday, 05 May 2026 Participant: Christopher Pyne Contact Type: Email Duration: 15 minutes Purpose To review Christopher's NDIS plan budget and discuss available funds for future support engagement. Discussion The coordinator reviewed the monthly statement with Christopher's funding details. Follow-up Required Christopher is to be contacted at the next home visit to discuss engaging therapists with the remaining capacity building funds. The OT should also be notified about the unspent consumable funding by Friday, 9 May 2026.
